The price is just a starting point and can be more. This service typical turnaround is 24-36 hours (return shipping cost is not included in the price).  You will have to send us your old stator plate, so please call or email for details on requesting this service so we can be on the look out for it. 619-280-1718 EXT 106 or [email protected]  If you e-mail, send photos as well so we can better quote the job.

Do you have a stator plate for a Vintage Vespa that looks like it's been dragged through the mud and chewed on?  Are the wires rotting away on your 45+ year old Vespa? Our expert Vintage technician Ratvespa (or Robot) will replace all wires, points and condenser (if necessary), and they'll even verify resistance readings on the lighting and low tension coils!  Soldering will look factory santo, keep in mind Robot has been soldering since the age of 6!

We can also re-wire or replace coils as needed. In other words, we'll do a ton of rad electric magic to your stator for only a little dough. We use high-quality, automotive-grade, high-temperature cross link wire and factory style crimp terminals, so your poor stator will come back to you looking like it got a $1,000 make-over and your bike will run better than it has in years!

Standard electronic ignition stators found on the Vespa P200e typically cost $125, Points stators range from $125-$200, Rally 200 Femsatronic stators use in 200c Vespa’s from 1973-1976 typically cost $200.  Price includes high quality wiring, points, tubing, condenser, terminals and labor. Hardware, coils, pickups and felt pads are extra.  If you need replacement coils, they're usually around $30-$45 apiece.  We will notify you if additional parts above the standard service is needed.

**NOTE** We only offer this service for Vintage Vespa stator plates. New modern Vespa Stator plates are replaced and not fixed.
