Description

Midsize Narrow Faco Windscreen in Smoke for the Vespa LX-series.

Measures 13.25" above headlight x 19" wide. The 19" width is at the widest point of the windshield. The width at the upper mounting point of the windhshield measures 13.75".

One of our most popular windsshields for the LX50 and LX150 models. This windshield will offer wind protection for your chest, making your ride warmer, calmer, and more protected from bugs and flying debris. As an added bonus, a small or midsize windscreen is a good performance boost, adding a few mph to your top speed. It also offers a lot of protection without being too visibly obtrusive and compliments the lines of your Vespa well.

Made in Italy! Faco has been making reasonably priced, quality Vespa accessories in Italy for over 25 years. We've been proudly distributing their products since 1999.

This windscreen will interfere with the stock pod turn signals mounted on the handlebars of the North American market Vespa LX models. TO REMOVE THE USA FRONT TURN SIGNALS YOU WILL NEED MI200-LX, SEE RELATED ITEMS.

Includes all hardware and instructions necessary for mounting.

This windscreen fits 2006-2014 VESPA LX
-LX50
-LX50 4-valve
-LX125
-LX125ie
-LX150
-LX150ie

It will NOT fit the Vespa S or LXV models.

Installation difficulty: - Easy with basic tools. Purely bolt-on.

TECH TIP - Requires a 6mm and 8mm allen wrench for installation which are NOT included with this kit. Completely assemble the mounting brackets first. Then install the windscreen on the brackets, but leave the bolts loose enough so that you can adjust the brackets if necessary. Next, you will insert the assembled brackets into the two open holes under your handlebars. This might require some gentle hammering until they are seated. Once you have the screen situated properly, tighten down the large bolts at the bottom of the brackets. This will expand the expansion cylinders inside the holes in your handlebars, holding the whole screen in place. Finally make any up or down adjustments for the screen on the brackets and tighten down the bolts that hold the screen to the brackets. Voila! New windscreen! Go ride!

**Disclaimer** You must remove your USA pod turn signals from the handlebars to mount this screen.

If you're someone that cares passionately about having the highest visual quality available, you might look into the original Piaggio, Givi, or Biondi windscreens. If you're looking for a reasonably priced screen that looks good and works great, this is for you.
