Voltage Regulator and Rectifier for Vespa LX50 S50 and Piaggio FLY 50

Replacement Regulator/Rectifier for 50cc Vespa and Piaggio 4-strokes. Doing two tasks, it both limits your A/C voltage to 12 volts and also is responsible for converting A/C voltage to D/C for charging your batteries. If your scooter is blowing headlight bulbs regularly or not charging the battery properly, you likely need this new Voltage Regulator. Using a Volt Meter, if you're finding more than 14 volts A/C at the headlight bulb, you'll need this regulator. If you're finding less than 12.5 Volts D/C to your battery when the motor is running and revved up, you will need this regulator.

For replacement, the Regulator is located in the Legshield of Vespa models and near the motor/battery area of the Fly 50.
