| Description | ORIGINAL STYLE EXHAUST (MUFFLER) FOR SMALL FRAME (112501) V5SA1 V9A1 V9B VMA2 Standard style exhaust muffler pipe for most Vespa Smallframe from 1964 to 1999. This classic replacement exhaust is in the original look, great for everyday use or restoration. A vintage 2-stroke Vespa Exhaust has to put up with a lot over the years: rust inside and out, carbon build up, dents, and cracks. When performance and appearance deteriorate, it is worth changing it - because a fresh Exhaust gets the Engine running clean again and also looking much better. This authentic look is suitable for everyday use & durable with good ground clearance. Installation is generally super easy and will fit on 50, 90, 100, and 125 cc models (V5A, V5B, V9A, V9B, VMA1-2, VMB), as elongated holes on the manifold bolt hole connections can be used for most small frames and the Exhaust can be tilted over the swingarm mounting bracket. Important: Too much tension due to "bending to fit" often leads to the well-known manifold fractures - it is therefore worth choosing the right model and bolting everything loose before you tighten down all the bolts. This standard exhaust systems is not intended for performance engines, but could work with small roadtuning setups (I.E. 101cc-135cc). They are not designed for speed, but score big points with original look, good ground clearance, good fuel consumption, and durability suitable for everyday use. |
