Vespas can be a little tricky to get up on to the center stand. This sidestand makes it much easier. Just kick down the side stand and be on your way. Great for shorter or smaller riders to use while getting on and off the scooter (even if you are still planning on using the center stand). This sidestand can be installed in addition to the center stand. Installing a handy sidestand does not require the removal or affect the operations of the standard center stand.

Very easy to install and includes all hardware necessary for mounting.

These are designed to support the weight of the scooter ONLY, do not sit on the bike when using the stand.

This side stand kit fits all 2015 and newer Vespa Primavera (both 11" and 12" versions) and Vespa Sprint.

Installation difficulty: - Easy with basic tools

**TECH TIP** This side stand is very easy to install. It comes with two allen bolts that will mount into two existing threaded holes under the floorboard of your Vespa, underneath where your left foot would go if you were riding. Just install the sidestand with those two allen bolts included. Place in the 2 bolts loose and get them both threaded and then tighten them down. It's that easy! 8mm allen wrench not included.

**Disclaimer** Sidestands are less stable than centerstands. This Vespa sidestand is SPRING LOADED AND will not lock in the down position. You also need to make sure your scooter is parked on stable and flat ground when the side stand is in use. When used with common sense they are very handy to have.
