NO CAT, you should up jet 3-5 points on Stella or 2005 PX 150 if you add this muffler, see SI main jets. Fits Vespa P125X-PX150E and STELLA 2T (2-stroke Stella) Scooters and can be adapted to fit older Vespa 125 and 150cc scooters from the 1970's, but you have to modify the bracket.
