These are the shorter style 28" length perfect for all models of Vespa. Attaches these to the handlebars and the tie-down hooks to the canyon dancer and your really to roll. It even has a fleece sleeve to protect your paint and plastic rubber lined ends to protect your grips. This makes hauling your scooter safe and easy.
