This kit works for all Vespa/Piaggio 4 stroke with 2, 3, AND 4 VALVE 50cc motors.

Must be used with Malossi ECU unit on fuel injected models (sold separately)  M5518409

 Aluminum cylinder, piston, rings, and gaskets (everything you see in the pictures).

Cylinder 4 STROKE 79cc upgrade for 50cc

• Material: Aluminum alloy with a high content of hardened and tempered silicon, cylinder liner made with silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel (Nikasil). 
• Machining: On machine tools with high precision numerical computer control and crossed smoothing with two diamond passages with very tight tolerances.
• Cylinder Coating: Recalculated and upgraded heat exchange surfaces with galvanic Nikasil.
• Tolerance: Cylinder-piston connection with an allowance of 0.05 mm.

Piston

• Ultra compact: 3 rings design with 3 machined valve reliefs, this piston will work on 2 valve, 3 valve, and 4 valve motors.
• Material: Special aluminum alloy with high silicon content, low thermal expansion and a tin facing on the sliding surfaces.
• Machining: Made on machine tools with numerical computer control.
• Weight: Lightened and reinforced.

Piston rings

• Special Rings: High sliding ease and very high mechanical resistance.
• I° Ring compression in nitride and chromium steel.
• II° Special cast iron ring.
• III° Scraper ring made of chromium plated special steel alloy.
