BLACK LED HEADLIGHT W/HALO RING VESPA SPRINT 3V 150 2015-2018

THESE WILL ALSO FIT 2020 AND NEWER (BUT NOT SPORT OR BIEBER MODELS WITH TFT SPEEDO). YOU NEED THE OLD BRACKET WHICH ONLY COMES WITH THE OLD STYLE HEADLIGHT 1D000007 OR LOTS OF MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR EXISTING HEADLIGHT BRACKET, SEE BELOW *.

*FOR 2019 AND NEWER (NOT SPORT MODEL):

You will need to modify the headlight bracket to receive the larger housing of the Aftermarket Projector Headlight. (structure is not sacrificed if modified this way).

Trace out the high spots that will need to be removed to accommodate the larger LED headlight. Us a Dremel cutting wheel to remove the plastic from the bracket. You maybe able to also us a large drill bit or other cutting tools to remove these.

-Apply 4mm thick aluminum spacers (or equivalent washers) to all four mounting points

-Direct wires coming out of the projector housing to fold up/north to allow space for the gauge terminals/housing to clear

-Adjust all 3 alignment screws as necessary for the headlight ring/bezel to clear (tip!!! pre fit the headlight bezel without the speed clips)

You will also have to rewire the connector, see wire schematic below.

(Scooter) Black Wire to (Projector) Black Wire [Ground]

(Scooter) Brown Wire to (Projector) Yellow Wire [Lo Beam]

(Scooter) Purple Wire to (Projector) White Wire [Hi Beam]

(Scooter) White Brake Wire to (Projector) Red Wire [Halo Light]
