If you're looking for a little more magic from a GT 200, GTS 250, GTS 300, or GTV, this is it. Our dyno tests and real time on-the-road experiences have taught us that the Polini variators allow for higher RPMs, better acceleration, and improved torque on the Vespa 200/250/300 engines. 

In fact these work so well the belt will run TOO high and rub on the inside of the cases. We recommend adding an extra washer to help with this, see 434885. 

The Polini Patented Maxi Hi-Speed Sealed Design is like no other. The moveable variator half slides on a centering bushing that has a specially drilled lubrication points. TECH TIP: These kits do not include the Heavy Duty clutch spring, you could add the Malossi white spring (M2911478.W0 see below). We also recommend adding an extra variator washer 434885 (you will stack 2 washer in the variator) see related items below.
