CARB INTAKE MANIFOLD. NEEDS DRILLING AND T CONNECTOR. GT200 BV200 BV250 WITH CARBS (NO GASKET REQ'D)

It's been a few years since the GT200 and Piaggio BV200 were available (2004-2009) and first set out on the road. We're starting to see more and more cracked carburetor intake manifolds.

A cracked manifold can cause an "air leak", resulting in a motor that runs hotter than it should. GT200's run pretty lean out of the box and a cracked a manifold will only cause them to run leaner which can lead to engine damage. If you own a GT200, check your carburetor manifold every time you change your oil or every few thousand miles. 

It doesn't take much time to change a part like this. It's a low-cost, easy-to-change item that will keep your scooter running in top form for several years to come. 

The original style 842734 USA intake manifold with three brass ports is no longer available. It was replaced with a EURO 1 style two port manifold that must be modified. Instructions are included with each manifold we sell. See image above for what needs to be modified to fit this item.
