| Description | RADIATOR COOLING FAN CONTROL SWITCH - GT200 (584676) Fan Control Switch for GT200 Cooling System Bottom Radiator "T" The fan control switch that goes in the bottom radiator junction on a GT200. This switch is responsible for switching on your radiator fan when the system gets too hot. So, if you are overheating and the fan isn't coming on, this switch is a common source of the problem. Same as part number 584676, only used on GT200 (BV200) Basically any 4-stroke Piaggio that does not have fuel injection. This is a thermo-switch that controls the cooling Fan. (The Piaggio parts books are incorrect in showing this switch on early 250cc models, it’s some times present but not used.) See the related items below for the GT200 thermostat and thermostat cover which are also common sources of overheating. |
