It's called the "fourth hand tool" because it takes two more hands than most people have to make pulling cables this easy and convenient. After pull cables with one of these, you'll never go back to any other method and you'll find that your scooter riding is wholly incomplete without one of these in the glovebox. This tool would probably be unnecessary for a new modern Vespa or most automatic scooters, but this tool makes it a breeze to adjust cables on your vintage Vespa or any other older scooters.
