The dyno runs don't lie: this Polini Variator Kit is the best performing variator setup available for the Vespa GTS 250, 300, Super, and GTV anywhere. It beats all other variators, hands down. 

In fact, Scootering Magazine tested a few performance variator kits and the Polini was outright the best. (This same result has been repeated at Scooterwest). 

This variator kit provides almost a one HP increase. All you need to do is add one of these and a performance exhaust and you'll have one badass GT, GTS, GTV, or Super.
