The headlight is NOT included, and the item may have a few small scratches but this is not something you'll be able to find anywhere else. Also, this headset cover does NOT have holes drilled for the USA DOT front turn signals, but who needs those? If you're really interested in the traditional, European front turn signals you can also order our LX Blinker Kit (LXBLINKIT) or you can drill holes for your USA turn signals.
