Cable Adjustment Tool/4th Hand Tool

Here's a tool that makes cable adjustments easier than they've ever been before. It's called the "fourth hand tool" because it takes two more hands than most people have to make pulling cables this easy and convenient. After pull cables with one of these, you'll never go back to any other method and you'll find that your scooter riding is wholly incomplete without one of these in the glovebox.
